New Valance!!!

So I went to one of my friends home and I just admired her valance in her house and she told me she made them "I was like WOW, you did"? for those of you who really know me, know that I don't make, I buy. But I just loved this valance and I wanted to make one for my living room and dining room, thanks to my friend Anna.
